    this game sucks, played it at gamescom, rubbish songs, terrible lego themed notes, they just milked it simply for the money, rock band dont care about their customers, like the guitar hero franchise does

    Looks awsome, good setlist and IMO Rock Band is better than Guitar Hero.

    loooooooool, that’s why we have a ton of milked GH band-specific games (crappy ones, sadly) and one fantastic RB band-specific game, not to mention all the portable GH spinoffs, band hero, DJ hero, etc.

    This game is pretty good. Nice rock den features. Hilarious unrealistic story mode (blasting giant octopus with rock & roll lasers). The track list has a few nice tunes. I rented it to export the songs. Not to mention the trophies are a cinch.

    I think it’s a good game, fun and more responsive… but I have almost every iteration in the genre.

    Platinum for endless setlist….? That isnt right, it’s just a gold.

    #Kevextreme21: Because it is :) I love Rock Band! Playing Lego Rock Band right now actually and it’s got a good combination of great songs and challenge. It’s a cute idea to say the least, though I care less about modifying my characters because…well, they’re legos :S

    So does anyone know how hard it is to get 1000 stars? Do you have to gold star every song? How many gigs are there in the game, speaking of?

    wats the point of making a lego version :twisted:

    I didn’t get it either although many games are doing it and they wouldn’t be if it wasn’t selling. It’s actually funner than it sounds. I was strongly against the idea until I played the game and now I hope to get it for keeps rather than just rental, though honestly I will probably wait till a price drop since God of War III and Perfect Prosecutor are coming out. Plus I HAVE to have LittleBigPlanet at some point.

    @ideal4living

    Yeah, Guitar Hero cares so much about their fans, they have released 6 titles within a year and charged you $60 per game for the same songs that have been released in the Rock Band series years ago. They have no downloadable content and no originality, but they really care for their fans!!!

    Cute game but really bad setlist. I imported it into RB2 and I don’t feel like I have much more DLC than before because 90% is just not appealing to play. Even when I play with other people who have these songs we don’t end up picking many of them. The overall cost of $60 and 1.2 gigs of HD space just wasn’t worth it.

    Harmonix, can you just give us RB3 already or are you waiting until nobody plays your games at all anymore?

    LOL to thoes who call this easy. I have Platinumed RB2 and I still cannot come close to getting 100% on the final countdown on expert.

    100% on the solo that is

    This games fun. With a more laid back setlist that’s pretty easy to play and has some good songs to sing for once

    I have 94% on those trophies but Final Countdown is freakin hard to FC, omfg. And I have already platined RB2 (14 December 2008).
