Street Cleaner
Hide 5 dead bodies in a Bale of Hay.
Easy if you are in a fight with some guards near a bale of hay when their all killed make sure there's five then pick them up and throw them into the bal of bay they must be in the same bale of hay.

Fly Swatter
Kick a Guard while using the Flying Machine.
When you are doing the mission for Da Vinci when you fly his flying machine just get near a guard on the rook and hit him make sure he atleasts falls and that you dont crash.

Messer Sandman
Stun 4 guards at once by throwing sand in their face.
If you don't know how to do it or get it go to your villa to the training field guy look for sand toss i think thats what its called.

Doctor
Perform an Air Assassination on a Poisoned NPC.
When you get the hidden blade upgrade for the poison just run up to a guard poison him make sure hes still alive climb something and just and assassinate him.

No-hitter
Kill 10 enemies while remaining in conflict without being hit.
Best way to do this go to a restricted area make sure you have atleast 5 smoke bombs run to all the guards when they are all  around you throw a smoke bomb and assassinate as much as you can before it wears out throw anoher one and continue.

Kleptomaniac
Pickpocket 1000 Florins.
While Walking the street on where ever city you'll be in just do your normal stuff steal florins you'll get it by the end of the game if u just take from everyone in your way.

Lightning Strike
Sprint for 100 meters.
You will get very easily just run a lot (you will get this about 20mins into the game)

Sweeper
Sweep 5 guards at once by using a Long Weapon.
Same Thing as the Sand one, go and unlock it at the training field.

After you meet the lorenzo guy the old dude who was also assassinated go to the pigeon coop those are assassination missions.

Defend a woman’s honor.
Look for a fist on your map that sais beat up (i think) go do one of those missions and you'll get it.

Steal Home
Win a race against thieves!
Go to one of the logos on the map that look like a racing checkered flag and beat the timer.

Show your Colors
Wear the Auditore cape in each city.
Must! collect all 100 feathers when you have unlocked it go to quick travel, travel to all the city including the mountain one.

Handy Man
Upgrade a building in the Stronghold.
This you will have no choice because its part of a mission. Just go to your villa walk to where your sister is and talk to the guy standing in that room to upgrade.

I like the view
Synchronize 10 View Points.
You will get this in no time just run up to all the eagle pictures on your map and synchronize.

High Dive
Perform a Leap of Faith from the Top of Florence’s Glotto’s Campanile.
Run to this building climb it and do a leap of fate

Mailman
Intercept a Borgia Courrier.
Its those guys who run in the city and it shows a little logo on your mini map of something moving just tackle him and you will get it.

Tip of the Iceberg
Use your Eagle Vision to scan a Glyph in the environment.
This you will have no choice because that annoying guy outside of the animus makes you scan it.

A Piece of the Puzzle
Unlock a piece of Subject 16’s video.
Just do the first scan of the trophy above and do the puzzel.

Art Connoisseur
Buy a Painting from Florence and Venice.
Run to the paint shops in Florence and Venice and buy a cheap painting or something.

Podestà of Monteriggioni
Reach 80% of the your stronghold’s total value.
This is by buying paintings, upgrading the shops in your villa and more.

Perfect Harmony
Tint your clothes with these colors: Wetland Ebony and Wetland Ivory.
If i remember i think the place where you tint them is in Forli because i think all the other ones are different tint colour.

In Memory of Petruccio
Collect all the Feathers.

Red Light Addict
Spend 5000 florins on Courtesans.
Run up to the Coutesans and just keep paying them. i think you need to pay them about 15 times.

Man of the People
Toss more than 300 florins on the ground.
Just keep tossing your money on the floor.

Victory lies in preparation
Get all Hidden Blades, Item Pouches and Armor upgrades for Ezio.
When you finish the game and you have a lot of money or if your rich during the game just go up to where you tint your clothes get the pouches, then blacksmith and get your armor, then when you've unlock all the hidden blades from Da Vinci you will get it
