k well yesterday i bought Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty off the ps store and when i went to download it said 'An error occured during the download operation (80710723)' anyone know what to do cause if it doesnt work i just basically wasted $15…please help

I'm sorry but I can't seem to find the answer. I'll keep looking.

EDIT: I think its somewhere in network settings, but i'm not sure.

to open port numbers you need to know how to get on to your firewall (usually on your router).

here's a great website to help anyone open a port on just about any router:

http://portforward.com/

first, choose your router's model, then go down to 'P' and look for Playstation Network.

it will guide you through how to open the ports for the playstation network.

my sister called qwest and they figured out wat was wrong. they are comin tomorrow to fix the problem. should be fine within 2-3 days

AHHHH it still doesnt work!!!!!!! my sister called sony and qwest did EVERYTHING they said and it STILL DOESNT WORK!!! IM SOOO MAD i jus wasted $15
