Fallout 3 Trophy Problem – Scentific Pursuits

I played the game through all the way through once and did not get the scentific pursuits trophy even though I had completed the scentific pursuits level (obviously). This is stopping me getting the platinum trophy – HELP!!!!

only thing i can think of is start a new game, you can go straight to rivet city if needed….

by any chance did you go to the garage where you find your dad before you got told to go there cos it skips the earlier quests

you could start a new file and see if that helps?

its a glitchy game tbh i didnt have 2 many probs gettin plat, but its well known 4 trophy glitches

Thanks for the suggestions but they did not work. Any other ideas (besides turning the disk into a coffee cup stand). Are there any patches due out for the PS3 version?

are you sure that you actually fullfilled the requirements to complete that quest (thats a lotta big words for me)? i mean did it come up on the screen `quest completed `scientific pursuits“ because it is possible to skip a few main story levels..

Finally someone with the same problem as me. I havent skipped any of the main story quests and it said Scientific Pursuits was completed as well.

i hav been having trouble with this too…i completed the quest 100% and i still didnt get it…i hav started a new guy so ill be more careful this time around

Have you tried starting a new game but also delete all the game and save data on your ps3 regarding Fallout 3.

This game is glitchy…but i had no problem getting the platinum.

Also, try doing the quest without the lastest patch because sometimes these patches mess up trophies.

I have had a similar problem with assassins creed 2 i never got the trophies with levels 9 or 10 and all i can say is deal with it.
