Aerial Threat (Bronze)

Score a header with a player with the Aerial Threat Speciality

I did this with Crouch, anyway, just find a player with it, play a kick-off with that team, then continually cross to him, until you score.

Against the Odds (Bronze)

Win a Head to Head Ranked Match using a weaker team

Just play a Head to Head Ranked match, use a team with less stars than your opponents chosen team, then smash him .

All My Own Work (Bronze)

Win a Match with Manual Controls (auto-switching must be set to ‘Manual')

Play a kick-off match, set all the wireless controller settings to manual, then win. Best to do it on amateur.

Always Friendly (Bronze)

Cross for a Friend to score

Can be done with people in your Pro club, or the two controller method.

Choose a team in each league, then play a kick-off with them. Add your VP too, to contribute to the 500 games. Also, tie these in with the stadiums.

Just score 5 goals in one arena sitting, nothing to add really.

Club Glory (Bronze)

Win the Cup as part of an online Pro Club

This is glitchy at the moment, don't know when EA will fix it. But you need to select Cup Match when in the match lobby. The win 5 games in a row, last being the final. It is glitch because when you win it sometimes leaves you in the round you were in anyway, or makes you start again. Keep persevering though, people have got this trophy!

Create a goal with a cross with a player with the crossing speciality

I did this with Iniesta, anyway, just find a player with it, play a kick-off with that team, then continually cross with him, until you score.

Distance Shooter (Bronze)

Score from outside the box with a player with the Distance Shooter Speciality

I did this with , anyway, just find a player with it, play a kick-off with that team, then continually shoot from outside the box with him, until you score.

Eat my Goal (Bronze)

Upload a Video to EA SPORTS Football World

During any offline game press pause. Go to instant replay, press triangle and click upload to EA SPORTS Football World.

Established Keeper (Bronze)

Play a season as a Goalkeeper in Career Mode

Just start a new Career Mode, choose player then just simulate the whole season. Do this by clicking on Calendar, then press L1 to get to the last month then press X on the last day.

Experimental (Bronze)

Play 5 consecutive Head to Head Ranked matches with different teams

Easy, just choose different teams every time you play a Head to Head Ranked match, make a list if you are forgetful.

Hidden Trophy – FIFA For Life (Gold)

Spend 50 hours on the pitch

Just play for 50 hours, this will come eventually, but if you want it faster, you could play 20 minute halves.

First Time Out (Bronze)

Win an online Friends League match

Just create a Friends League, or join an existing one, and win a match within that league.

Folklore (Gold)

Become a legend as a player in Career Mode

You can see your progress at he bottom right of the screen in the Career Mode menu, you can just simulate 3-4 seasons and you should get it.

Good Form (Bronze)

Play 5 consecutive Head to Head Ranked Matches without losing

Quite easy playing legitimately but, if your have trouble boost with a friend. Just invite them to a RANKED Head to Head match.

Take a Head to Head Ranked Match to extra time with a weaker team

With a team that has less stars than your opponents chosen team, just make sure by the end of 90 minutes, it's a draw, then choose extra time or extra time & penalties.

In the Game (Bronze)

Create a Virtual Pro

Press Virtual Pro then it will ask you to create one.

It's in the Blood (Silver)

Go from being a Player to the Manager (or Player Manager) in Career Mode

Start a Career Mode as a Player, then simulate until you get a contract offer that makes you a Manager or Player Manager.

Mastermind (Bronze)

Have a substitute score a goal in Career Mode

Just bring a striker on as soon as the match starts, you should then be able to score with him.

New Choons (Bronze)

Import your own sounds into the game using the Custom Music & Chants feature

Burn some music off of a CD onto your PS3, then press My FIFA 11, My music& chants, then put your imported track on any setting.

Once in a Lifetime (Bronze)

Score as the Goalkeeper in any match

In kick-off choose Be A Goalkeeper mode, on amateur, you should be able to score easily.

One Club Man (Bronze)

Play 50 matches for the same online Pro Club

This is glitchy too, for some people it unlocks at under 50 games, others over 50, like I said before just persevere, you'll get it eventually. Quitting games early counts towards this trophy.

One to Remember (Bronze)

Save a highlight to the Replay Theatre

Pause any offline game you are in the middle of, then press triangle and save it to the replay theatre.

Perfect Keeping (Bronze)

Play as the Goalkeeper in a Kick-Off match & finish with 100% Saving Accuracy

Just choose Be A Goalkeeper on kick-off mode, and save everything that comes your way! If your opponents don't shoot, you won't get this.

Picture Perfect (Bronze)

Upload a screenshot to EA SPORTS Football World

Pause any offline game you are in the middle of, then press R3 and upload it to EA SPORTS FOOTBALL WORLD.

Playmaker (Bronze)

Create a goal with a player with the Playmaker Speciality

I did this with Van der Vaart, anyway, just find a player with this speciality, play a kick-off with that team, then run through the defence and give someone a tap in, or play a through ball, until you score. It has to be ground pass.

Poacher (Bronze)

Score from inside the box with a player with the Poacher Speciality

I did this with Pavlyuchenko, anyway, just find a player with this speciality, play a kick-off with that team, then score a goal inside the 18 yard box.

Record Holder (Bronze)

Get your name on any Career Mode Leaderboard

Scroll through the big leaderboard in the main menu, you have to win a trophy, earn some money as a manager, or gain reputation. It's not hard, it will pop when you exit Career Mode, if you are on there.

Rising Talent (Silver)

Complete 100 Accomplishments with your Virtual Pro

There is a total of 400 VP accomplishments. You can see how many you have done, or what you need to do in Virtual Pro, then Accomplishments.

Safe Hands (Bronze)

Play any match as the Goalkeeper with no assistance

Just play a Be A Goalkeeper kick-off match, and set the one Goalie assistance seeting in wireless controller settings to manual.

Team Training (Bronze)

Play a Practice Match with your online Pro Club.

Select Practice Match in the Pro Club match lobby, then finish it. My friend disconnected when we did it, and we still got it, so you can probably quit.

Training Time (Bronze)

Work on your skills in any Arena Practice Mode

In the arena, select any Practice Mode, enter it, and the trophy will pop up straight away.

Virtual Debut (Silver)

Play an online Pro Club or Pro Ranked match with your Virtual Pro

In Virtual Pro menu, select Pro Ranked Match, or play a match for your online Pro Club.

Virtual Football (Bronze)

Play a Pro Clubs match as a team of 10 or more.

Get 10 people together in your club then, play all play a Pro Clubs match.

Virtual Legend (Gold)

Play 500 matches with your Virtual Pro

Make 10 saves in 1 Arena kick-about

In the arena, press select, and choose to be the goalkeeper. Then, just make 10 saves.

Woodwork & In! (Bronze)

Score off the post or cross bar in a match

This will come really quickly, but if you want, just aim for the corners.

Get yourself selected in the Team of the Week in Career Mode

Just play well and you should get it fairly quickly, or simulate…

Great Month! (Silver)

Win the Manager of the Month award in Career Mode

Edit a team, like say Accrington Stanley to be 5 stars, then simulate the whole season, you should get it.
