Can anyone tell me how to refresh a webpage when accessing through the PS3 browser?

Whenever I access this site through my PS3 the page that comes up is about 10 days old.

you can also set your ps3 to not save cookies i believe or you can delete your cookies everytime your done browsing, which will make be the newest page everytime you visit it again.
