yea I did too, I was hoping he would die there.  Then I went and started the fight, and just didn't do anything.  The guy beats the hell out of you, but walks away once you're well beaten down.  He won't kill you, I tried fighting half the fight and giving up halfway too.  I get the impression that there are certain actions that must be done for the story to move along, which makes sense.  If you could die at every turn and every corner, some people wouldn't get anywhere in this game.  It is cool that he shows more or less wounds based on how you do in the fight, whether its cuts on the face or how bad his limp is.  Lauren responds differently based on how you do too, although I'm not sure if its effected by how the interview went.

Has anyone found any options for the other scene?  I talked to Blake, you get to ask 3 questions.  Then I examined the body, found the pollen trail, climbed the hill and found the tire tracks, went back down and left.  Thats… it.  I wanna fight Blake, or something.  hehe

I guess technically as the person running the contest you could change the next night to earn it … not that I'm really suggesting you do but hey, its your contest.

@gow2rules – I was curious because at the time you posted it was still 11:30pm fri in Perth, but then I checked sydney and it was like 1:30am sat.  it was 10:30 am fri here, so I was really skeptical that it could be saturday somewhere already…. sure showed me.

yea this was definitely a cool demo, I played it a number of times to see how many options and outcomes there actually are.  The Scott Shelby scene seems to demonstrate it the best, with a couple different ways to fish information out of the girl, and a couple ways to take on that fight scene (I tried to make him die, damn.).  Cool stuff.

So we completed the Angelic Ruins last night.  All thats left is The Gully.  Our third player backed out, he says he already completed it and will never play it again.  King of Games expressed interest in joining in for an arena, is anyone else interested in doing The Gully tonight or tomorrow?

so just thought i'd shout this out to whoever might be interested….

due to my YLOD recently I've spent a lot of time getting my siren back to level 50 in between playing some other games… and so have finally started playing the arena that I purchased a month ago.  Last night two friends and I played through the Hell-Burbia large arena.  Holy crap.  Its not very difficult to play, but is a serious endurance challenge.  It took a solid 5 hours to get through (this is including some bathroom breaks).  This weekend we plan on doing another, and I was wondering if there is another level 50 out there who would like to join.  Its highly preferrable that you have a mic, and if possible a mod that boosts some team stats, but these things aren't necessary.  If so, hit me up on PSN, and be prepared to sink a very large chunk of time into this.

The current team is me as a level 50 Mercenary Siren, and two Hunters both with team healing class mods on.  I would go with the defender mod to boost some shields, but my siren really sucks it when shes set up that way.

ah yeah.  I remember when we asked the admin.  He pretty much said he didnt want to make rules and didn't feel it was necessary.  I think hes right.  You know when you post whether or not you're making a valid point, or just being a troll.  Its pretty easy to see an argument and add fuel to it, and when things get out of hand, the post usually gets locked.  Anytime that has happened, its been extremely obvious as to why. 

And on that note, while I realize you may be the master of comedy doc, I thought that picture was pretty funny too…. maybe not the funniest ever, but still pretty good.
