I think it's to do with the transfer of information to your system and the strength of your Internet connection…
If your system doesn't receive 100% of “whatever it needs to do what it does” then you'll get this code, i think. Signal can be effected by many diff. things… Just switch it all off, try and boost your signal if your using wireless and after a few minutes try again would be my advice
Even if your using a wired connection your signal strength can dip… If your neighbour has a similar router or even your Internet providers servers etc.
But really i'm not sure

Kinect still looks better IMO
I would agree… England played poor the first 30min of the game but scored 2 pretty good goals within about 10min of each other just before half time if i'm not wrong? This would have been a massive mental boost, perhaps not to win but at least hold of for a draw.
That's also why i laugh my ass off everytime i think about it
