In a nutshell:

Play as the Alien:

You don't have eyes, making gameplay more strategy and puzzle focused. Main objective will be to survive and expand as a species. The alien doesn't use weapons to kill but will use various parts of its body, mainly for impregnating.

Play as the Predator:

Will be armoured up to the ying yang!! Will be looking to collect plenty of trophies (sound familiar???), although this will be in the form of collecting skulls rather than bronze, silver, gold and platinum pixellated ones.

Play as the Marine:

SURVIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are the lowest on the food chain and BFG's won't do you much good!

Well they did put a cease and desist order on the photos that were leaked a few months back so quite possibly.
