Presumably I'm affected by both issues. My broadband connection is average at best (I live in the sticks) and there was probably a sh*tload of people downloading the update at the same time!

well, mine are always quick too, I think my connection is only 5mbps, didnt feel like paying for 50mbps and its never seemed necessary. uhhhh upgrade your connect? also, if you're not trying to play online, hit circle when the update shows, it'll cancel and you can still play offline, it just signs you out of the network. I've done that a lot cause I'm too impatient for even a 5 or 10 minute wait, hah

Motorstorm 2 9 HOURS!!!!!!!! its never actually finished downloading it keeeps saying an error occurred during the download operation it was about a 600mb update

it doesn't take thet long for most of my updates to download but recently tried to play metal gear online left for like half an hour and when i got back was only at 1%.

I'm updating Motorstorm 2 as im typing and the predicted time it is goin to take to download 608 MB is 257 minutes.

Motorstorm always takes forever even the first one. It took FOREVER for me to install the online in Motorstorm 1.

Yeah me too,

I think its Evolution's (the developer's) connection that affects it.

could be the connection of the company.. but the file is pretty big..
