MemberGot 3 Platinums recently: Alpha Protocol, Batman Arkham Asylum, and Wanted Weapons of Fate. Wanted’s piss easy but if your collectible trophy glitches, you’ll have to do a third full playthrough. And it’s not the type of game I’d like to play three times. BAA takes practice and patience. I seriously thought about giving up but after studying some videos, I figured out I was going too fast! Haha then I just flew through the challenges, going slow as possible without breaking the combo
Alpha Protocol is a fun and easy game. Just a lot of instances where you can mess up the playthrough trophies. I’ve been wanting these platinums for a long time, putting the total to 41 !!!!!!gr8jrfan
MemberI hated FC2, too. Boring and frustrating as all hell. There are way better ways to spend 60 hours of your life. Alternating between Portal 2 and LittleBigPlanet 2, two of the most charming games known to man 🙂

MemberMeh, I’m a little more interested in the New Need for Speed but this game has definitely caught my attention.

MemberCaptain Donnely did say that “young Phelps just transferred from burglary” or something like that. And there was a 6 month gap between Traffic and Homicide, so there ya go. I thought they said Reefer was curtains for DLC? Guess I’ll have to ask my friend for his copy…. >_<

MemberYeah, I played the game 7 months ago and I traded it for Fallout 3 GOTY Edition and lately I’ve been wanting to play it. It was only $15 so I just used my money and extra trade in credit for Deus Ex. I liked it, it’s just very, very unpolished. Possibly the most underrated game of 2009.

MemberReefer Madness was decent. Stupidly easy with mostly firefights. I think Naked City and Nicholsen Electroplating were better. I’m going to trade it in tomorrow and get Alpha Protocol. I have no idea why… It just seems so interesting.

MemberYeah, my friends in real life are stupid about games. They only play Call of Duty, call every other game gay. I’m sure you know the type. How weird that this forum is the only one that has genuine hype for it though… I never buy CE’s. The only exception was the God of War Pandora Box Edition 🙂

MemberI wish more people bought F3AR. I only know one person who got it and it was a rental. If you ever are feeling bored, and have a lot of cash to throw around, consider getting that for co op. Since I’m going to need a partner in FEAR, I’m not playing anything at the moment. Waiting for Reefer Madness, going to be epic I hope.

MemberI’m getting this one, too. Seems like people are in 2 camps. They think this is going to be one of the best RPGs of the year or they think it’s going to be downright stupid.

MemberLike the MP ideas, the badass characters, alternate storyline where you get to kill Leon. So what if it’s not “proper” RE? It’s still gonna be a kickass game. They want to try something different and I think they’ve got gold.

MemberExactly, I forgot about everything too because it was the summer and the only good games that came out this summer where inFAMOUS 2 and Deus Ex. Everything’s gonna be in November. I want Operation Raccoon City, Uncharted 3, Saint’s Row, and Elder Scrolls the most.

MemberWell, there is going to be the new “train” sequence on a plane and a gigantic boat this time…
gr8jrfan
MemberHaha yeah, that was the coolest part.

Member@Doc-B are you not getting Arkham City or Uncharted 3? Finished F3AR’s first playthrough as Pointman, and I have barely any idea what happened. It’s ok because it was really fun. I’m 75% done with Fettel’s story and I’m loving the hyper, powerful, unique approach combined with Mark Hamill’s voice acting…Excellent. It’s a total blast playing as him and I’m pulling off at least 80k xp as him as opposed to 50k as Pointman. Epic!

MemberSaw “Let Me In” a couple days ago at a friend’s house. Great film, never knew “horror romances” exist lol. Also saw Shawshank Redemption for the first time yesterday and it’s phenomenal.
