Just earned my 38th platinum, SOCOM 4 and my 3001st trophy. I also began FEAR 3 and it’s an excellent game. Total blast in co op, too. I was starlted a few times and I cursed at my dog for barking while the tension was building up lol, it scared the crap out of me.I’m so glad that I didn’t buy another shit game again. Not the scariest game out there, but a great game nonetheless.

@1773 Lol, I hear you man. I’m currently hating myself for buying 3 games I’ve not enjoyed one bit. (Duke Nukem, Brink, and Socom 4) Then I force myself to platinum them! Socom 4 is atrocious.I’ve never played a more broken game.. I’d give Duke a 5, Brink a 6, and Socom a 3. They aren’t SEALS, they can’t be. They’re dumber than rocks. Even if I order them into cover, they will purposely walk off like a 6 year old to charge an enemy and get themselves killed. This seems to be the only time they want to shoot their guns as when I paint a target for them they say can’t make the shot, even though the enemy is at point blank range. Then you have that jackass Chung who must think he’s made of steel, rushing in to do revives even though I’ve never told him too. But enough of the unintentionally hilarious AI. They have the most noticably bad camera out there, uninteresting story and characters, sub par graphics, god awful checkpoint system (At one point, the guy shot me when I was in a load screen because as you wait, it starts the game before you get out of the screen. So I died. Respawned. Died. Nice…)and it’s only 5.5 hours long. This is the most you’ll get out of it unless you platinum because the online is totally dead. I don’t blame everyone, Zipper tried to mix it’s game with COD and it’s a terrible mess.

I hope they somehow mix the worlds of LA Noire and this. Like, maybe Cole having to catch the infamous physcho, Jack Marston, as a patrolman or something? I just don’t want any MP DLC.

After platinuming Brink I traded it in and got Portal 2 and Shadows of the Damned. SOTD kicks ass!! Great game, wish it sold better. @HardandSloppy I compared trophies with you… and the only game that I had and you didn’t was Vanquish. I noticed you had a bunch of 20 or lower %s or you just stopped collecting after you beat the game. Maybe go back and complete the games you enjoyed further? Of course, that’s all the games you played that had trophies. Have you ever played The Darkness or Metal Gear Solid 4? Those games are amazing and have lengthy single player campaigns.

So apparently leaving MK on all those hours really screwed up my PS3. It gets extremely hot in short periods of time, makes load times unbearable, and it makes some games literally unplayable. I can’t play my copies of Batman Arkham Asylum, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Uncharted 2, or Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. Not only is that annoying already but I still had trophies to complete but I stupidly bought the expensive DLC for BLOPS and ACB and now I can’t even play them! Whenever I’m in a load screen now and there is any update whatsoever to my friends list, it freezes and puts a bug in that section of the game. I don’t have the money to replace this shit, which is just great seeing as how every flippin game is coming out soon along with PS Vita. All I can say is: Fcuk you Ed Boon for fcuking up my PS3 and putting the most outrageous trophy in the universe in MK! You can just shove those ridiculous 350 hours up your ass, you prick! (End Rant) I WAS going to platinum BAA before Arkham City arrived but I guess that’s not happening :,(

I’m at a loss on what to play after platinuming MK. I was thinking of revisiting New Vegas but I got stuck in a rock and didn’t have any explosives on me and I lost hours of progress to that retardation…. I think I’ll just wait for all the DLC to release and play it then. HardAndSloppy, you face a tough decision. Battlefield 3 will have more content and I’m rooting for that game to replace COD. Every sale counts. Also, everything about it just looks killer. It doesn’t look like a routine shooter, they’re adding features to make it a more user friendly, realistic experience. DICE are my favorite company to handle an MP, they care about their customers.It will be the next bold step and it will be the future of FPS, just you wait. On the other hand, there is the brilliant Arkham City, where the story will be absolutely amazing and possibly better than the first. I also have great faith in Rocksteady, who care equally about their customers. This is just my opinion, but I think sequels aren’t always as good as the originals. I just have a gut feeling that BAA will be better. Which is acceptible, seeing as how the game was hard to top. I haven’t been following BAC that intensely, but from what I picked up, Joker won’t have that huge a role in the sequel. I liked BAC’s roster better with Joker at the top of the list. But once again, I have faith that Rocksteady will make an extraordinary gaming experience. Just my opinion, I think you shouldn’t cancel your Battlefield 3 pre order.

To not spoil things, you do not get a trophy when Zeke betrays you. You will get it when you meet up with the sphere later and have to make a Karmic decision.

About to platinum Mortal Kombat!! I just need 2 and a half hours as Baraka, 800 KOTH points and the 10 ranked! I’m so excited as this will be the hardest platinum I have 😀
