Sony had a signup page a while ago, but it isn't up anymore.

You can also get access to betas if you buy certain Qore episodes.

There's also websites that give out beta codes sometimes, that was the case with LBP.

On the games official websites/communitys there's also chance to get access sometimes.

Yes I did, I liked it very much and definitely going to get it. Didn't try the level editor though, saving that for the full game.

Don't treat a BETA as a demo, there can be a huge difference…

EU version of Qore is already in the works. There's not much info of it yet though.
