MemberI'm bad online now mainly because I don't really play on FPSs very often. When I did play on a day to day basis, I was top in 9/10 of the matches I played (Team Deathmatch), but ever since I stopped for a few months, I'm never really good anymore. K/D ratio means nothing, nor does prestige (I've gone worse since I've prestiged).

they will not make a ps3 for a while because the ps3 is considered the only 7th generation console, so there is not point updating when the are still ahead (Wii and 360 are 6th gen)
XBOXs and Wiis are 7th Gen consoles

I'm just calling a spade a spade.
If you feel like you can justify stealing money from hard working people because “times are tough” or because there is no security in place to stop you… go ahead. It's not my conscious.
… and yes I buy all my music and movies. I support artists and I am willing to part with $12.00 to watch a theatre movie or $6 bucks to rent one. I even buy some of my favourite movies on blu-ray disk at around $20-25 a piece. Songs are also only $1.00 on Itunes or CD's are like $9.99 or 12.99 now.
Again, get a paper route if you can not afford these prices. Using the economy as an excuse is just pathetic.
If you couldn't afford new clothes, but knew of a store that you could steal from and not get caught, would you? Better yet, lets use the logic of a few people on this board. If your friend bought a shirt from the store and then gave you his receipt, would you go into the store, grab the identical shirt and walk out the door with it? Even if you were stopped at the door, you could show your receipt and the store would be none the wiser.
When there is little to no risk of getting caught, or the punishment is not severe, people tend to forget about things like HONESTY and INTEGRETY. If your moral compass is so skewed because of how you were raised or the people you associate with, then I'm sure what I say will not change your mind.
Again, I'm just calling a spade a spade.
To bring this conversation back on topic…and sum everything up, Battlefield 1943 is a great online game. If you like it, you should pay for it (regardless if it is shareable or not) and support the people who put hard work and time into making it.
Think about it.
I'm feeling a bit of De ja vu coming along here *coughs* Killer. At the end of the day, if you disagree with game sharing, why the hell post here? The topic wanted to know if a game was shareable or not. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but piracy and all that crap only affects a tiny bit of the game and music industries. Yes, you should support artists but they seem to be getting along fine with every second person torrenting their albums. People put work making them, and they get paid. It doesn't seem to affect them. If it affected them, they would have stopped game sharing by now. It's not exactly rocket science to lock a game, is it…
I don't know if it is a coincidence, but all Thickbrow has seemed to do is cause arguments. Yes, he is entitled to his opinion, but making it into an argument is taking it too far. Parnakas is right. I highly doubt you're an angel… As some people are probably saying in their heads: Get your head out of your ass…
P.S Thank you once again Kingofgames for sharing Battlefield to me. Glad I got the great game half price 🙂

MemberOld Hip-Hop stuff like Outkast was OK. When I did say that all rappers should go to hell, i will admit that I was generalizing a bit. The rappers who show off their money and cars and the rappers who make complete and utter rubbish are the ones I meant.

MemberAhh go f**k off and annoy a different site. If you don't like us, then why the hell are you here? Oh, it's OK to share with family, just not really good mates, is it? I can share to my cousin, but oohh not to my best mate who I see more of… If sony were really bothered about game sharing, they would have stopped it by now…
Think about it…

If you can't afford 14.99 how the hell did you get a PS3?
Stop being such cheap asses and support the game companies that actually make games you enjoy playing.
every time you 'gameshare' you are taking money out of the pockets of those who worked on the game.
Think about it.
It's called a RECESSION buddy. Some people may have had the money, but not no longer. Why waste money when you can have it half price? These game companies could easily stop game sharing, but they don't, do they…
If you don't like it, then why post in this section? The topic asked if a game was shareable, not for someone to complain about game sharing
Think about it…

MemberEvery rapper in the world deserves to go to hell… they get paid ridiculous amounts of money to make the worst music ever. in fact it’s not music, it’s noise. very bad noise.

MemberIn terms of media player software, I currently use Itunes for my music. I started off using Winamp, but I mainly used that because of it's internet radio functions. As my media library grew larger, I went to WMP11. I used that until I got my iPod, which made me change to iTunes. I can quite happily say that I prefer iTunes the most.

MemberThe worst job I could think of is working for the police searching sex offenders' computers for kiddie porno. utterly revolting.
