Sorry read that too fast… If you're buying from the UK store then enter UK as country when creating an account. If it doesn't work with your visa card it must have some special restrictions or something?
I don't know what the problem is. If I do buy a PSN card though, that's guaranteed to work on any store, right? I guess I'll just eventually do that because I really want that Dark Mist game.
