    Guess all the yanks will be lovin this one eh. Never played a hunting and fishing game. Not interested. Its a fairer trophy list tho. 5 gold is alot but only 3 silver. Dunno how easy the golds are. I will NOT be getting this game cos i’m a pacifist.

    @ tommyflop. It’s a game mr. pacifist. Besides, it’s difficult to be a gamer without an occasional few thousand kills.

    @tommyflop
    so what if your a pacifist. what do you do write call of duty developers and tell them it’s time time to end the war and bring the digitally rendered boys home.
    and what are you implying that americans like to kill animals. :shock:

    September 3rd, 2009 at 16:51 | #5

    he he. I prefer killing chimera, nazis and zombies.
    Not to mention the odd thousand helghast. Are they being politically correct by saying “hunt” rather than “kill”???

    First post!

    There better only be fishing in British Columbia! If you sicko’s are allowed to hunt our Bear and wild cats i’ll be pissed off!

    Something is wrong with people that buy a game where the sole purpose is to hunt and kill wild animals. In most games you are killing people who have made the choice to commit evil acts themselves. In the games where you do kill innocent people, you at least have a choice (infamous, GTA). This game is about killing helpless animals who do not have a choice and have done nothing to harm other people.

    The people who actually enjoy this game would probably be the same people who would like to see a hunting/killing game where you go around killing annoying babies that don’t stop crying or your neighbours pet dogs and cats.

    If any1 here is complaining about hunting poor animals but they eat battery farmed meat then they are more hypocrtical than I can put into words.
    And lets not 4get this is a game, we play games becuase they allow us to do stuff we cant in real life, eg steal cars, kill people, get killed and resporn at the last checkpoint….

    Dude. I am so hoping Kojima hops on this idea, I want it! lol.

    I was only planning on buying this for my girlfriend, because she loves fishing games and there aren’t many offered on the ps3. But, now that I see all the trophies my inner whore is drooling. And only $39.99. :grin:

    its funny how people say their wife or girlfriend will like this when they actually mean that it looks like an easy plat and they gonna endure it just for the trophies.My grandma absolutely loved terminator salvation and i cant wait to buy hannah montana for my next door neighbour’s cat.

    In a sick, demented way that would make for a twistedly fun game, after all if they can get away with ripping up little girls in Bioshock a few cats and brats shouldn’t matter. But that aside i played several arcade hunting games and they were fun… even if you couldn’t shoot the eggs. However for home console i don’t think it would be much fun, unless they had a gun for it then it would be money

    @tommyflop
    It’s even funnier that people like you judge because it makes you look like an idiot tbh he even says he’s a trophy whore in his comment. In saying that though you don’t know whether he’d buy it if it didn’t have trophies but either way it’s none of your business as i’m pretty sure you don’t pay for his games.

  16. tommyflop
    September 4th, 2009 at 17:29 | #16

    @Miiiitch
    you’re entitled to your opinion. Anyone else who goes on my console sets up their own username thus the trophies i get are mine. It may make me look like an idiot in your opinion but an idiot i certainly aint. Just makes me laugh when people say their wife or partner will love this game that’s all.

    September 4th, 2009 at 18:11 | #17

    @tommyflop
    The method you take in getting trophies doesn’t make you an idiot and thats fair enough, me personally i buy heaps of kiddies games as i enjoy sitting down with the fiance and playing them she’s not into CoD and other stuff that i like but the thing that really grinds my gears is that i would get them even if they didn’t have trophies but because everyone seems to forget that all games have to have to support trophies they simply claim your a trophy whore or claim that you are talking crap etc etc.

    talking smack is anyones business. but i must admit i can’t stress how hard this game is. like it’s other Cabela’s this game takes skills, timing, an strategy. anyone who played previous ones feel me. its like one false move get 4lions pounce on you or 5 wolves rushing you. it’s adrenaline pumping/hunting. I guarantee not easygoing trophy.

    September 7th, 2009 at 17:54 | #25

    some people play this game when hunting season over just like some people play football or baseball game when there season over. i have die-hard friend an cousin love watch sports. but they’d only play sport games in preparation for real game. me i’d rather watch brand nee Anime over the superbowl anyday. just my opinion

    September 17th, 2009 at 13:02 | #32

    Im not sure I’ve found all turkey shoots either :-(

    You use the rattly sticks for the caribou and just sit still and wait it out.
    Check your gps, are you at the right spot to shoot it from?

    You are all so retarded that you actually make your conversation come to life……Those of you who hate people killing virtual animals are the dumbest…. If half of my fellow gamers chose not to kill things in thier games, and instead decided to kill things in real life, it would be a total disaster…….For those of you hating on trophy hunters, this game offers a four hour platinum……Only a moron would pass that up……. A person can only poke out so many eyes of so many helgast and battle so many demons before you need an easy change of pace…….YOUR ALL FLESH EATING ZOMBIES JUST LIKE ME……………………….
