Yes you can get the platinum trophy without getting any DLC trophies. Same applies for any game. I gave heard of this rumour about map pack 4 but I think Treyarch would have announced it as they like to ride the hype machine.
Someone who works for Treyarch told me about the MP4? So I think it is true..
cod5 sucks its full of noobs with jug n last stand plus the pistols cant kill anybody besides the magnum

Yes you do get platinum without zombie trophies just get all normal cod 5 trophies and you get platinum I found it out for myself when got all cod5 original trophies not zombies so you should be good man hope it helps

is there going to be a map pack 4 …. i hope there is zombies is the ONLY good thing about call of duty 5
although call of duty is an ok game the mulitlayer is brilliant but the tanks and bouncing bettys spoiled it u get some really sad people who just lay bouncing bettys anywhere or just sit in a tank all day, i really hope that there is no tanks on the modern warfare 2
I saw a calender on Der Riese that left out September 24 and circled all the other thursdays and if u look it up on youtube.com they say thats the day map pack4 comes out.
Ps3 is ending its contract with Call of Duty so Modern Warfare 2 will be the last Call of Duty on Ps3 and Call of Duty will be an Xbox 360 EXCLUSIVE so unless we get Ps3 head quarters to continue there contract with Call of Duty we will never have Call of Duty on PlayStation again. This is actually one of the zombie trophies from map pack 2.
It’s “Dead Air” and the description is ‘Must have been a wrong number’
Basically if you have Shi No Numa, go to the Comm Room and in the right back room (It’s right if your walking in through the front door) There is a phone, press square twice until some rapist says “I know where you sleep” and you’ll get the trophy. Check out this link:

ok to shoot the general with a pistol:there is an easy way which i did ok youtube out of vendetta and when your out you can spawn him and he cant touch u bcuz ur in a glitch so you shoot him very easy but not glitching is hard
I’ve completed the game on veteran however i still haven’t got either trophy for finishing all levels on the eastern front, or the trophy for completing all levels on veteran!!! Why is this??? I really don’t wanna do it again.
