    December 16th, 2008 at 07:11 | #12

nice! i picked this up a little while ago for super cheap. will have to start it soon though i hear it takes forever to complete properly!

  13. pobert06
    December 16th, 2008 at 08:19 | #13

so the karma thing, good, neutral and bad..you have to do that in three separate saves?

  14. locarthemanbest
    December 16th, 2008 at 13:15 | #14

I am really pissed that the trophies came out so far after the game is out. Now i have to go back and do all the quests again just to get them. Its kinda bull that they can just get it all done in the first place before the game comes out.

  15. undertaker025
    December 16th, 2008 at 16:26 | #15

that is the reson i don’t play games until they get trophies unless it’s a game like mgs4, or gta, saints row, and so on and so forth.

    December 16th, 2008 at 23:44 | #18

    December 17th, 2008 at 08:15 | #19

I found out 15 mins before i had to go to work that the trophies for this were released…i didn’t want to go to work!
Before the patch i spent well over 100 hours playing fallout 3 and in no way am i upset that i have to play it all over again….it’s such a good game i’m glad i get to play it all again! :)

Thankyou Bethesda for my early x-mas present!!
Also pobert06 i rekon u could save your game a little while before u level up…..then get bad karma and level up get the trophy then restart and do neutral then good.
I am going to play it at least twice….doing all good then all bad blowing up megaton! Just for shi-ts and giggles!
And number14hittin you have to do all the quests and that again after u have downloaded and instaled the patch…..don’t complain it is a great game to play many times!!

    December 17th, 2008 at 08:19 | #20

Also the game does’nt freeze when your friends login and send u msgs! Sweet. I havn’t ran into a freeze glitch…..yet.

    December 17th, 2008 at 10:12 | #21

ITs pretty good that all of these trophies are actually obtainable (done all of those things on first play), and i completely agree with you Oz/metalhead, playing the game again to get the trophies is in no way a chore.

Ive started it up again and now im going to be really evil! cant wait :-) (except for getting the odd neutral/good trophy will have to save just before level up)this will make the game seem really different, can’t wait to blow up megaton! Moira does my head in! xD, ive already done loads of things completely different.

    awesome game.

    December 19th, 2008 at 09:16 | #25

i completed it in 72 hours first run, that was speaking to everyone, walking literally everywhere. found all bobbleheads, did all side missions, found all places. did it in 3 weeks. playing about 4 hours a night here and there.

not difficult really. this time around, to get all the trophies, it will be a lot quicker/easier because i dont need to speak to everyone and will fast travel where needed. will do it within a week or two…. me thinks!

    positive thinking man! :-)

got 5 trophies within 2 hours last night!

    go for it fasecex xDDDDD

OR if you really want to, you can put it on VERY EASY, and still get all the trophies.

  26. Oz-Metalhead
    December 19th, 2008 at 22:59 | #26

I just got 100% of trophies on fallout 3!! :) Thats my fourth plat!
Am i the first to do so since trophies only came out for this a few days ago?
Check me out PSN ID = Oz-Metalhead

I seriously played it for 3 days straight….with a few hours sleep here and there!
My total game time at the end was 50 hours 18 minutes and 10 seconds! It can be done alot sooner i just did alot of exploring!
The game froze on me about 12 times where i had to turn the ps3 off, the others fixed themselves after a few seconds.

The Shishkebab and Nuka-Grenade are my fav weapons!
Oh yeah and i didn’t use any stimpaks or chems! Anyone else done that? I was on normal…any harder and you level up too fast.

    i’m glad i got this..
i think when i played it the first time my ps3 froze and i had to use the 3 sec restore button to fix it..

but it fine now and its really an amazing game..trophies from bethesda is a huge reward for all the fans..

    December 24th, 2008 at 14:50 | #33

Do ‘Shoot’em in the Head’ first, but without killing Tenpenny. Then start the ‘Tenpenny Tower’ quest (if you decided to kill the ghouls, it doesn’t matter). If you chose the evil side, make sure you did ‘The Power of Atom’ before any of those 2. It doesn’t matter if you decided to disarm the bomb.

  34. kingawol
    December 26th, 2008 at 00:43 | #34

i’d never played fallout , got this 4days ago and love it…. like a fps meets GTA meets MMORPG……. so cool. just love going around DC whacking super muties…..

  35. kingawol
    December 27th, 2008 at 02:01 | #35

ok i was gonna do it the way viryu said but : first i got the 3 keys then thought i’d drop’em off by mr cowley’s before heading to tenpenny tower. first i saved before going into underworld , then went in , hand cowley the keys and ta-daaa! quest accomplished and trophy unlocked. that had me thinking so i loaded my save point , and decided to go see tenpenny first. once i speak to the guy , he offers money to kill cowley , and so i wonder around his tower for a minute , and in the courtyard behind the tower is a stair , and a room with a computer which i hacked and unlocked a door . there roy philips appears behind a window says ‘thanx , meet me out front.’ (i’d only seen him getting rejected at the gate by guards) i go outside tenpenny tower:noone , so i think ‘lets go kill cowley’ i do it and return to tenpenny tower to find roy phillips in front of the door , the message comes up quest’ tenpenny tower’ accomplished , bling!trophy!, he gives me the ghoul mask and they take over the tower . now , they killed Tenpenny so bye reward and bye quest accomplished quest ’shoot’em in the head’ (remember i had the trophy so in a way i dont care) , but just thought you might wanna know there’s an easy way of doing the T.tower quest , but be careful if you dont have the ‘in the head’ trophy…PS i dont know how it affects your karma , i levelled up at the same time, but i was ‘good’ before and remained it. god what a silly comment, lol……

so are fallout trophies easy to get?? yes or no

  40. Hopar_Narek
    December 29th, 2008 at 03:31 | #40

they are well balnced and i have platiunm, so it is possible to get in 6 days like me

  41. kingawol
    December 29th, 2008 at 12:44 | #41

the fallout trophies are easy to get in the sense they require a lot of playing , not some hyper technical stuff. if you do it well (unlike me ) you can get all trophies in one game. and it’s now 25 quid in the sales….a must buy.

  42. Pig
    December 29th, 2008 at 13:46 | #42

ok cheers, can u still complete the game on very easy and get all the trophies? and are the quests long?

  43. sam4sonia
    December 30th, 2008 at 10:30 | #43

yeah you can do it on very easy! and it is easy to get them all. Im pretty crap at some games but able to do all these ones :-)

if you need the location of the behemoths lets me know :-)

  44. Pig
    December 30th, 2008 at 18:31 | #44

cheers mate. do u think its possible to get all trophies, in 1 week?? cos i might just rent it out..

  45. kingawol
    December 30th, 2008 at 21:06 | #45

if you got a week off work/school and play 8 to 10 hours a day , say go to wikicheats.com for all the locations and stuff , i don’t see why not. but you would definitely need their guide to get you through in a week. they have a good map with locations of the bobbleheads and behemoths , make sure you grab the Explorer perk and upgrade Lockpick Science Sneak and Speech (you’ll need it to hack 50 comps , win 50 speech challenges and pick 50 locks ) but then again killing 300 creatures and 300 humans btakes some roaming around …. i guess it can be done in a week if you play ALOT everyday. (or if you’d played it before.)

  46. kingawol
    December 30th, 2008 at 21:08 | #46

the Explorer perk makes life easy but i guess if you refer to wiki’s map , you shouldnt need it really…

  47. kingawol
    December 30th, 2008 at 21:15 | #47

just make sure you save very often , as it’s liable to freeze quite often. ( i think it says something about the game that despite this , nobody puts it down….)

  48. kingawol
    December 30th, 2008 at 21:16 | #48

(just froze on me during a deathclaw attack , i hate those things…)

  49. Oz-Metalhead
    December 31st, 2008 at 05:54 | #49

I did it in three days! It was during my days off and i played for three days straight with little sleep! It also helped that i played this game alot before trophies came out so i knew where everything was!
    PSN= Oz-Metalhead

    Now thats hardcore….

  50. sam4sonia
    December 31st, 2008 at 09:10 | #50
