i really hope that add a platinum at some point either before its released or via a patch. Being its a full game it really needs to have a platinum.

Hey all. I forgot when this game comes out.Refresh my memory plz. Also add me for some good battling and some trophy hunting. I have owned and played all but the last 1 or 2 mortal kombat games, so I am looking forward to this one.
MK vs DC will be an interesting combo of characters, I also wonder if down the line they will have character add on packs.
Marvel character pack add on would be one I personally would like to see.

Haha, marvel character pack? That wouldn’t happen in a million years! That is, assuming, that one of the two doesn’t buy the other out. Still, it will never happen.

I’d rather see a new Marvel Vs. Capcom or SNK game. 3D fighters aren’t doing it for me. I can’t really get into them.

Your probably right,but there still is the possibility unless Dc owns Mortal Kombat IP. I dont know for sure, but I dont think they do. Which means unless Dc payed them an assload of money to specificly keep marvel characters out of the game,theoreticly Mortal Kombat IP owners can put whatever characters in their game they get licensed to do so.

Hypnosis, DC and Marvel’s relationship is a very comfortable one and there is no envy or snake in the grass actions between them. They want to keep on good terms with Marvel and so i hardly believe they would pay out just to get the upper hand, if anything the 3 way crossover (MK,DC and marvel) would attract such a large fanbase. It would be dumb not to involve marvel in on this game

I am sorry to say… But MK vs DC is not good at all. Maybe if they changed MK to SF vs DC, it would be far better. MK is known for it’s finishing moves, Blood and violence. And I cannot see any of this in the game. I understand that DC has a fan base and they want to keep it’s reputation. Which is why by joining MK was a massive mistake. I love MK, and I also like DC but for seperate reasons. Between the two titles, there can not be a balance. MK is based on fighting to the death. DC is mostly about saving the world. Having blood and violence would ruin the reputation of DC’s fan base. My personal preference would be that MK vs Manga would be great as you can finish them all of with amazing gorey finishers and there would be more special effects, with more bloody action which would live up the the action and reputation of all MK and Anime fans. While DC could join with the likes of SF and Marvel Superheroes (if all parties agree). With it’s fast action fighting and it’s visually mind blowing Special moves.

kombo challenge trophies are ridiculous alongside with arcade on hard w/out continuing

the arcade on max difficulty is easy i tried it once and i finished it directly

but some of the fatalitys are difficult even if you know the combenation

and true the combo trophys are much to difficult

has anyone got the “special move master” trophy? i’ve spent hours and done every single super move and all pro moves listed on some websites. i did all moves in the “practice” mode. do the moves for this trophy have to be completed in a differet mode? AND does doing all pro moves mean all of the free-fall specials as well?? any help would be appreciated! thanks!

ahhh! just did all free-fall super moves with every character also and still nothing! any tips?

I hate this game is impossible to me lol. Dark khan is a btch. But I beat him with Raiden by just doing the superman move. And for some reason, no matter how many time I do it, I can’t get past kombo challenge level 1. Any suggestions? I beat the first level of it, but then when I go to level 2, they jsut don’t want to be completed. For example with flash, I do the moves perfect, timing down pat and everything, and nothing happens. And what do the Arrow symbols that go in a diagonal direction and like the fist, what do those mean? This is my first mortal kombat game so that might be why I don’t know what they are. Thanks for the help.

I have completed ARCADE with all MK characters today (write notes, exactly known), but no silver trophy MK Arcade Champion acquired What is wrong? Shit for so long time …

I think they solved the problem some of the problems u guys r having with the trophies because i beat with a mk person and
dc person and got the 3 trophies 4 it

Hey guys just tryin to help out a bit,

for the DC and MK arcade champion trophies check the extras and endings section to see which ones u need to do, and make sure u also do shao khan (DC) and darksied (mk) as well to get the trophies. Easy “MK Arcade Champion” and “DC Arcade Champion” trophy. To normally get these trophies, you must complete the game with all characters in Arcade mode from each side. If you do not want to play as all the characters, you can simply play as your favorite character, and once you reach Dark Kahn, press Start, and choose “Player Select”. Choose a fighter you have not completed Arcade mode with yet, and defeat Dark Kahn with him or her. Also, it is much easier to play on the Very Easy difficulty so you can defeat Dark Kahn easily with the characters you are not familiar with.

For combo Champion play as Sonya Blade, and perform her Bicycle Kick on an opponent to get ten hits each time and get the “Combo Champion” trophy. Alternately, play as The Flash. When the fight begins, press Away, Forward, Triangle. He should charge at your opponent and do a series of punches which gives you a 11-hit combo.

To beat arcade mode on hardest mode, first set up the gmae mode as very hard and only one round per match. Then use sumperman and use his super ground tremor move over and over and u shld usually end up with a flawless victory, warning do not make many mistakes cause the cpus usually come back with some nasty kombos. For those of u who dont know what the controlles for Super ground tremor are (press down, down, circle, and as soon as superman hits the ground press down + square + triangle all at the same time). For the promoves and supermoves, and fatalities and heroic brutalities got o this site, which also has a video and all the info u may want.

i have not done any of the character kombos, they are imposible, this is still a good game and fun to play with friends online or when they come over, but tekken is the fighting master.

the platnum 4 this game is the hardest ive seen, im stuck on the hidden gold trophy (perform all super and pro moves) its 1 of barakas moves back [], back X i think. any 1 kno how its performed
