i enjoy COD: WaW (its not 5), and bioshock was excellent.. Battlefield: BC is decent, but feels slower than COD: WaW, and as gow2rules stated before me, its cheap.. i just bought it at EB for $14 used..
ok thanks i might be getting bioshock this weekend. but for COD4 is it worth getting the game of the year edition.
the GOTY edition is like £5 more if you want it, but tbh, its not needed. COD4 has been reduced over here too from like £40 to £30 so i strongly suggest you get it.
then bioshock is pretty cheap now so get that too but COD4 has amazing online and bioshock doesnt so COD4 will last you much longer even when MW2 is out.
Resistance 2 was probably my favorite. COD is only good for the online, the single player campaigns are terrible. Unreal Tournament 3 was really good too, but the online suffered a little.

they are good, Resistance 1 & 2 are not bad games, i just don't like how there is no weight to your character, your just a floating gun that goes fast everywhere…

thats kinda funny. I'm after meeting a few people now that dislike the “Floating Gun Syndrome” in most FPS games. On the other side of that I know some people who hated how Killzone 2 felt as the character seems so sluggish. For me I couldn't be bothered…I like most FPS games whether your character feels weighted or not.
Kind of like in Half life 2 , where your driving that boat and Gordan Freeman has no hands . I guess that was a secret mission in the game , y know , losing his hands and all .
it definitely could be but hopefully the maps are just as good as cod4. the cod5 maps sucked. but i hate how some of the guns i loved in mw are not gonna be in mw2. we shall see which is better lol
