Godfather 2 and Legends of Wrestlemania

Although its a long game, Fallout 3 is easy.  Basically any game that doesn't have multiplayer trophies will be easy to plat.

As for the topic at hand, most childrens games are extremely easy to platinum. There's also others like NFS Shift and DiRT2.

 Do you know if you can get the trophies for hard playthrough while doing a a Challenge playthrough on ACiT?

If you want to get the Easy, Medium, and Hard trophies you need to do them with a NEW game. If you do Challenge mode with Hard Difficulty set on it will only give you the Challenge mode trophy. So i advise you to start the game on hard to avoid any unnecessary playthroughs.
