I really want to buy the god of war collection but id have to buy it from america, I dont mean to be stupid, but, will it work on my uk ps3? basically will it play and will the trophys work? because i have a uk account? 🙂 thanks in advance for any answers

It'll work fine. I imported the Canadian version and there's no problems.

Try ebay. I got it for £30 incl delivery.

i was talking about this earlier today with a friend yes u can ps3s are region free so you can play any game from any region plus the trophies work as long as you have a tv that wasnt made 20 years ago lol or it make not work as someone i knews game only showed up in black and white but you shud b kk i had cabelas outdoor adventures from the us and it worked perfect on my uk console and my normal widescreen tv

all ps3 games are region free unlike xbox360

the only game on ps3 that broke that trend was the original army of two

i buy a lot of of my games from playasia and they all work fine

army of two uk version still worked on my us ps3 and my uk one, or are you talking about the eggbox version and no that is not a incorrect spelling i meant to put eggbox

sorry should have been more clear

The PS3 version of Army of Two is one of the first games for the console which will be region-locked for online play. EA claims that the region-locking is to prevent network lag caused by players from multiple regions, and to prevent the Asian region console owners from playing the US and European version of the game, as the Asian version has been censored to meet certain requirements (notably, the shooting of already dead bodies in the game).
