hi, can i make a U.S psn account and buy an avatar off the store then use it on my AU psn account??

Not quite sure. I have used an avatar I got off a EU account, and I live in Canada, but it was a free one. Maybe the paid ones are region locked, i dont know.

I'll look into it some more, but I would say don't try to buy it just yet. It would suck if you wasted your money!

Avatars only work on the account you bought them on. So sadly, no, you can't use an avatar on a different account.
