Best thing to do, is saturate the slice of bread in eggs, then fry them. Once done you can put what ever you want on them, from icing sugar to Jam. Known here in Britain as Eggy Bread.

Back to the original question:  Toast or Bagel.  I would go with a bagel.  A Turkey and egg bagel in the morning was awsome and then as a snack with some garlic and herb flavoured cream cheese on em  YUM YUMYUM!
