MemberI got a girl who plays games actually, but she doesn't own a PS3. She is hot, and is in fact a professional skier… which believe me, keeps you in shape. I had no idea she played games for years actually until World of Warcraft came up, and I found out it was her secret addiction (dear god no!). And giggitty, I would be dating her, if she didn't live on the complete opposite end of the US right now (NOOOOOOOOOOO!). The only other one I ever play with is my friend's wife, whos pretty damn cool. When you see me playing LBP, thats usually why.
Fact: Girl gamers aren't really that rare anymore. Fact: Hot girl gamers are really rare. This is shown by the earlier picture. Fact: You guys should be glad. This provides motivation to get up off our lazy asses from time to time and go exercise. Believe me, you don't wanna turn into that land whale from the earlier photo. Hint: If you look down and can't see your own wang, its time to turn off the games, get up, and run until you pass out. Which is probably about 5 feet.

BTW : i think modern warfare 2 is better
How do you know when you don't have it? :::sniff::: :::sniff::: I smell bullshit!
BTW, I recieved an email today stating that if you play BF 1943 between Nov 24 and Dec 10 you can win a BFBC2 Beta code… I'm not sure of the details since I accidentally entered a phony Bday without thinking about it and now can't access the website. Damn thing thinks I was born in 2008. What 2008 baby can even operate a computer?!

@Those of you who are arguing over petty things – find your sense of humor, grab it by the ass, and SQUEEEEEZE.
Ahem. Sorry… felt that was necessary. My picks in order:
Uncharted 2
Assassin's Creed 2
Infamous
Borderlands
I know right…
Also, I like your choices…(No MW2… lol)
Thanks. I know I could have expanded on that and explained those choices, but I chose not to so we can have less arguing and more opinions. All these games get great credit no matter what, because they did everything top notch, and they are FUN. MW2 is fun and all, but it was short, and it didn't really do anything new for me. It seemed like the same old stuff, with new graphics, and some slight tweaks to the perk system online. I'm actually thinking about returning it, I was kinda dissapointed.

Back and forth back and forth . God you guys need MSN MESSENGER !
A high KDR in this game is highly unlikely , and if you want to enjoy this game i suggest you not give a damn and just kill and die . After about my second , third game i knew my online experience all together would change , i mean with the variety of large maps , buildings , noobs .. your bound for trouble . I am constantly killed by people just randomly sitting in a corner , what were they trying to achieve ? It was only my bad luck to actually walk by one of them . Thats none to say some people are noobs , but more campers as well . I also find it specifically hard to keep a good score when a RANDOM predator missile while just whipe you clean off the board , and i think its physically impossible to out run one of those ( though i ve done it when near cover ) . None the less like i said , just forget your KDR , what does it prove anyways ? You know how to camp and take cover , bigwoop(magazine?:D)
I'm really confused as to why you're referencing me here… since I've never played MW2 with anyone on this site… if you're calling me a noob, you're spot on, since I think my online rank is like 10 or something. A camper no – tried that – gets you like 2 kills in 20 minutes… boring! so yeah…. what??

Memberyes, if not more, based on if you did the side missions, and how much time you spend looking for stuff (at 46/100 feathers, and have completed the game).

i wont say anything until you say why you call it Assassins Greed.. when it is freaking Creed..
And just look for the symbols on your map, there is one that you have to jump over the town's walls, go onto the “farm” area, and its behind a house, i think thats the one your talking about.
heh, you said you wouldn't say anything, and then you told him immediately after wards!
Go to each town, and look for the page icons that indicate where a codex page is. Go collect it. Once you get to that point in the game, it tells you specifically that it has marked where the rest are on your maps. Getting every view point really makes this and a lot of other things to find easier.

MemberUncharted 2. Both of you, on topic dammit.
Not to be a downer on the idea, by all means its good to hear from regular people what they think of games…. but don't people get employed to do this? I mean, if you want to start reviewing games, it might be good to just apply for a job somewhere. Might as well get paid…

Comment fail! ^
I now have 72%, by following my own guide. People are saying that I do not give enough tips on how to do missions and for other trophies, eg: Pit Boss. Many of the trophies are so straightforward that they do not need to be explained in depth. Also, some have said that I need to tell you the best ways to complete some missions on veteran.
This is a guide, not a walkthrough. If you want an in-depth walkthrough of the game and Spec Ops mode, go ahead and buy the official game guide from amazon, for everyone else who appreciates this as a guide, thanks for the positive comments and good luck with the trophies.
Thats what I said! its a guide, not a walkthrough. Theres a difference. I didn't realize we'd have to get this analytical about it, but damn, apparently thats necessary.

Memberits really hard to comment on this without posting SPOILERS from AC2. I'll attempt.
READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.
AC3 will at the very least have Desmond playing a larger part. I'm completely sure a sequel is coming, and would be floored if there aren't larger parts playing as Desmond. I'd also be surprised if he isn't still using the animus at some point to take on the role of another ancestor. However, that ancestor doesn't necessarily have to be further in the timeline, but could be further in the past. The problem with WW2, and present day, is guns. Theres lots of them. With silencers. Which brings you into a different style of gameplay entirely,,,, which could be good or bad based on the execution. Combine what we have with uncharted 2 or MGS style gameplay, and it could be pretty damn cool. Moving further into the past could be good too, since the assassin technology is clearly old and passed down through generations after being derived from pieces of eden, and therefore have an excuse to continue using hidden blades, throwing knives, etc. Either way, I don't see any reason the next ancestor couldn't be a woman, there certainly are/were women assassin's in the game's timeline. Take a look at the statues hidden in the villa mansion.

Hey guys, haven't been on here in a while but I haven't played much Spec Ops so if someone would like to do all of them with me on veteran (excluding the pit) than please send me a message on PSN.
Please and thank you
Well I haven't played in a while either, but feel free to hit me up if you need a partner this weekend. I haven't one starred them all yet, I had up to Delta unlocked and mostly one starred when I got distracted by AC2, so I probably won't be the best.
Also, a question, for those of you who have gotten all 69 stars (heh, 69…). Does doing so unlock anything in game, other than the trophy? For example, I expect theres probably an emblem or tag for multiplayer? I find more and more that games have these things to do with no real reward in the end, now that we have trophies, and I find it frustrating. Wheres the gimmicky cheat codes and ultra badass unstoppable weapons? Sometimes I like that stuff so I can screw around for fun, especially if I've earned it.

MemberIt seems like a new one of these threads pops up like every other week. I'm sure theres more than five by now. I guess using the search function is just too difficult….

except for the fact that you get trophies with both games and they run at 720p!!!
ah yes…. and here is where the word “rental” comes to mind. 2 easy plats too, they don't require you to beat the hardest modes to earn them, which I have done out of the sheer love of the game. Thats where the solid control scheme and responsiveness really shines.

MemberA recent issue of Game Informer had a similar survey (not sure if it was an actual random sample or not, but I think it was a sampling of subscribers) and came up with very similar numbers. Xbox was ~58%, PS3 ~16%, and Wii was less than 10%, I think ~8%. This is from memory, I'd have to find the mag for actual numbers, but I remember showing it to a friend who was debating between xbox and ps3 for a new console. After seeing that and the price drop that soon followed, he chose the PS3 (yay another friend to play online with!). I may have dropped $600 fat bills when PS3 first came out, but when I think about how many times I would have had to get a new xbox by now, that alone makes the decision well worth it. I don't have a single friend who owns an xbox that hasn't broke at least once.
