MemberWelcome guys, I'm always down for a game if you are. PSN ID same as here.

MemberThis might explain what I saw on another forum – some dude made claims that uncharted was no longer working after 3.0, and I told him it was something wrong with his system, not 3.0 cause uncharted works for me. Maybe he meant the trophy system and never said it, I wouldn't have noticed cause I got plat.

Memberdude anytime you wanna play, just add my ID (same as here) and send me a msg. I don't check these boards unless I'm at work, so you'll have to get me while I'm on PSN

MemberPS, I thougth this points system was somewhat common knowledge for trophy hunters as ourselves, which is why I guess I was always confused when people would flip out “cause fat princess [315 pts] has so many bronzes!” or Terminator [1170 pts] with its golds.

MemberHighest Retail game is Burnout Paradise with 1965 pts (lotsa DLC), and runner up is Warhawk with 1740. And actually PAIN is not the most on PSN, WipEout is, being the only PSN game that has a platinum to earn… at 1215 pts. PAIN is the runner up with 660 points. This is information I've often wished was on this website, but for some reason never voiced it before.

MemberDon't turn the difficulty down!! heh, its hardest in the beginning I think. Once you get some better weapons you can work your way up to killing stronger stuff. Once you complete the Escape! quest, its total free roam, so you can go places you shouldn't yet and die. You just need to figure out where you can go and survive, plus figure out the little nuances of the battle system. It ain't your typical shooter or RPG, fo sho.

fat princess, trine and battlefield
Trine isn't even out yet. Hard to be the best when you're not released. Anyway, my vote goes to the highly difficult WipEout HD. Next is Fat Princess, then Pixel Junk Monsters and Eden. I own a lot of PSN games but those four are the only ones I really still play. by the way, anyone who wants to go chubby chasin' in some FP let me know, I prefer to play with a friend of some sort

MemberNinjaMidgitRyan has posted a really great guide on this site, check it out, especially helpful for the challenges. Specifically though, the invisible predator is all silent takedowns, AND you cannot be seen!!! I know cause I did it three times before I finally tried without being seen, and then it worked. Good luck!

MemberWhile I haven't done it, its because for some odd reason my game keeps freezing, and I got pissed. Its possible to do it in one run. Save right before leveling to 8, 14, and 20, so you can get each karmic associated trophy. Do every quest, hack everything you see, and lock pick everything you can. 35-40 hours easy, probably less. Especially quick using a guide to find the bobbleheads. This game is fun to explore though,,, Its enormous, I wouldn't rush it. Maybe thats just me though.

Good for you Shade, hope this game comes out good. But I can't imagine a HD 2D game.

umm… letsee… HD in 2d… how about,,, Bionic Commando: Rearmed, Blast Factor, Ragdoll Kungfu, Crash Commando, Burn zombie Burn!, Bejeweled 2, Fat Princess (yea, thats 2D buddy), Pixel Junk Eden and Monsters, and even Little Big Planet is pseudo 2D (despite that theres ~5 layers, each layer behaves as a 2D layer),,, need I go on? Most of them look pretty damn good too.

thats funny cause the only one I've heard of is chris rock. I'll go with Andy Kaufman, Richard Pryor, and George Carlin. off the top of my head
never heard of any of urs lol
Probably because from the looks of your avatar you're from EU. Of them I would definitely recommend looking up Richard Pryor. He revolutionized the comedy world and helped many of the other “greats” write their skits, as well as starring in a few movies. A true legend.

Memberread about this earlier. completely and totally skeptical, and will not get my hopes up. Lets face it dude, they tried like 10 times already and have failed miserably. What makes you think this will be any different? 2D? Tons of other games have fulled off 3D platforming successfully, and I don't think thats the problem, but more the team making it. I won't get excited until I play it and see for myself. Sorry if I sound negative. It certainly has potential, I just don't want to get my hopes up again like I did for the others.
