MemberI read about this during the week, it's pretty harsh considering how seriously fans of WoW take the game. Most of them play nothing else and I know I'd be furious if PSN was pulled from Ireland.
I wonder will they just add it to their pile of reasons to hate America's guts or will they actually blame their own regime.
Either way I'm sure the Iranian branch of Anonymous is probably already gearing up to hack Blizzard

MemberNever, I recognise evryone that's ever sent me a request from here. Who did you get them from?

MemberNot much done today as the footie took priority. But I did chip away at some Resonance. I've ten of fifty ranks in the arena done and I cleared up the Special battles dotted around the map. So far I've done every side mission as well so while it's slow going, I'm still on track to grab every trophy that's possible to get in the first playthrough.
I'm on chapter 7 of 15 and my characters are pushing Lvl 40. I need to get at least one to 100 and I think I'll try and do it in my first playthrough so I can just concentrate on blasting through the story in round 2.
Sorry man, not one I got anyway.

MemberIt's a good figure though as that means we have a nice rounded 10,000 innactive members. But you do have to wonder how so few of them bother to interact with the site. And the odd “new member” that does crop up in the forums usually says hello, gifts us with a handful of random posts in old threads, and disappears.
I'd understand if we only discussed specific titles and ignored everything else but most of the ongoing threads (Watching, Listening to, Playing etc) are as general as possible and even the most casual gamer can join in the chat.

MemberJust grinding a bit of Resonance of Fate. The combat is fun but moving up the ranks in the arena is quickly sapping the life out of it. 50 ranks and 10 battles per rank?

MemberJust back from a gig with a few local headbangers. I went to see Wound Upon Wound but seriously enjoyed some of the other bands on the bill as well.

MemberI'm a huge fan of the 40K universe so I loved the game's setting and how true it stayed to Warhammer canon. But in terms of gameplay it does nothing spectacular.
@Scotty
I've just started into Deus Ex myself man, and I'm trying to do it all on one playthrough. I've been using a guide but are there pitfalls I'll need to watch out for that'll junk my playthrough?

MemberOff work for a couple of days so there's another chunk of Resonance of Fate on the cards and also some Ghost Recon MP. I might even find some time to grind Space Marine.

Yeah, I know. I'm a guy and this is one of those songs, if you know what I mean? Anyways, it's a little catchy or whatnot and hell, who gives a damn?
You've now been expelled from APT. I'll be sending this post on to your family so they too, can disown you.

I doubt I'll go for the Dead Island DLC. The game is painful enough without dragging it out beyond the plat. But if I change my mind I'll give you a heads up.
And do you know if the tape glitch in Farcry 2 is in the downloadable copy? Maybe I'm clutching at straws but I've only tried it on the disc version.

MemberI started typing out a list of games I haven't finished and it was just going to go on for pages and even I wasn't arsed reading through it.
So here's a considerably shorter list of games that I keep meaning to get around to but usually put them off due to them requiring a boring grind/frustrating hard mode/dead online that needs a boosting team.
Resistance 2 (A shitty combo of Grind/Boosting team)
Ghost Recon (Actually making progress in this)
Space Marine (Grind)
Silent Hill 2 (Poxy hard/speed run through)
Dead Island (Second playthrough is torture)
Atelier Rorona (Still clueless)
AC Revelations (Just tedious)
Tekken Tag Tournament HD (Speed Run)
Battlefield 3 (Online)
New Vegas (Hardcore runthrough/GRIND)
Red Faction Armageddon (Co-op)
AC Brotherhood (Need a boosting team)
Two Worlds 2 (Difficulty spike much?)
LBP 2 (So much to do…)
Dead Space 2 (Hard to the fcuk off)
Bad Company 2 (Decon kills)
The Sims 3 (Still clueless)
Medal of Honour (Online trophies/Tier 1 playthrough)
Far Cry 2 (Dead online/GRIND)
Dragon Age Origins (Traveller trophy just too random)
Brutal Legend (Brutal playthrough)
Bioshock 2 (Dead online)
Motorstor: Pacific Rift (Dead online – only need one more rank
)
inFamous (Grind)
Eat Lead (Hard playthrough)
Buzz Quiz TV (Need an online partner)
That's about a third of what I have unfinished. I've left out stuff I know I'll never bother with and the shit that doesn't deserve the effort. I've also close to 60 titles to even start!
If anyone here wants to try for some of the online fcukers I've listed then let me know.

MemberI'm in the same situation. Darksiders 2 and Sleeping Dogs are the first two games in about two years that I haven't picked up on release because I know I won't get to them for months!
I'm sick of paying for games and still not having played them by the time they turn up for free on PS+
And speaking of PS+, the free game this week (Retro/Grade) is actually class. Play it with the sound turned way up

Member'Killer Elite'.
Not a bad movie and well worth the watch. It didn't do anything too original but kept me interested throughout. I think my only complaint was with the audio. There was a muffled quality to a lot of it and it felt like it had been recorded in a studio and just dubbed over the original edit. Really noticable during some of the conversations.
And while I enjoy Jason Statham as an action man, does anybody else think his best roles were in 'Lock, Stock…' and 'Snatch'?

MemberJust gave Reality Fighters a whirl and managed to get the Rush Hour trophy. Now I just need to beat 30 fights in Survival for the plat. That's hard though…
