MemberUnfortunatly Saturday's the worst day for me as I've to be up for work at six the following morning. But I should be online up until about 0:00 GMT. But I do stay up until about 3:00 or 4:00 on my days off. That'll be the case tonight.

MemberSo got the customizer trophy (decided to work at last) and I've been grinding out weapon kills. I'm doing the chainsword at the moment and then on to the power axe. After that I'll need help though as I need multi-kills for the Plasma Cannon, Vengeance Launcher and Meltagun. I have two consoles (fcuk Sony for reducing my accounts and making the others worthless for this) so I can do it with just one person but if a couple of you guys want to get involved it'll go a lot faster and we can all hit the 36 multi kills/250 kills no problem.
I also hit rank 40 earlier today while getting kills for the plasma pistol so you get the XP needed from about two thirds of the weapon challenges.
Then it's just the grind to 40,000 kills. I probably have about 4,000 from the SP and co-op and the challenges add up to 3,400 when finished.
Does anyone know if the Chaos Invasion DLC adds to the 40,000 kills? I might as well grind a few trophies on the way…

MemberI'm going for the weapon challenges first. I play as a Devastator/Havoc and I'm trying to finish off the Heavy Bolter. I haven't tried to boost levels in co-op as I think going for the challenges will probably take longer than hitting Lvl 40. The trophy for getting a kill/death ratio of 10:1 is going to be Hell as well.

MemberI haven't spent too much time on the PS3 over the last few days (Blame Euro 2012) but what time I have spent gaming has been on Diablo III. I've just crossed the ten hour mark and finished Act I. Worth the effort just for the quality of the interlude FMV!
@Scotty
What exactly are you going for in Space Marine? It's a game I really want to plat but I haven't done much of the online.

MemberHey man, I'd be interested in that as a few months back I bought all the DLC but realised the versus needed active participants. I have two copies and was just going to shoot the shit out of an idle console…

MemberIt's a good game but it's not needed to understand the plot. While the SH games are all littered with references to each other they're still all seperate story.

MemberI never watch the actual conferences, I just download the videos as they turn up.

MemberFinished the campaign in GRFS today. We did most of the challenges along the way so just have to go back and clean up the last few. Then a small grind on Guerilla mode to get the 1000 kills before hitting the online.
Also chipping away at the co-op in R2 with gr8jrfan again and this time we had Gnilsia along for the ride.
And just to keep myself occupied when my co-op buddies aren't around I've started into SH2. I've decided to go for beating the game using only two saves on my first playthrough. Unfortunately switching to GRFS meant I had to use one early on but I'm confident I can get through the rest of the game with only one

MemberStill chewing away at the campaign in Ghost Recon. It's pretty good overall but I would have rathered they take the MGS/Deus Ex approach of allowing you the option of stealth through the whole game rather than forcing you into shoot-outs at certain points.. It takes longer to plan out your attacks but it's seriously worth it when it all comes together and pays off.

MemberThis series has needed a decent game for years. The previous attempts have just been drawn-out references to episodes but this looks like it's doing it's own thing and is properly written.
I wonder will there be a collector's edition….

I… I did it. I beat NYMHC. I stayed up all night to do it, I was brought to the brink of insanity with all the bugs and freezing, and I feel like a could throw up with all the anxiety and nervousness in the last 7 minutes… But by god, I did it. It took me 3 hours and 15 minutes. I'm also the 39th person in the world to do it. I'm just so amazed that I was able to get that insane bitch of a trophy. Thanks, scotty, for the support whilst I did this. That's really it. I'm going to sleep, hallafcukinglujah.
Well done man.

MemberGrabbed Mojo and a couple of mates over for some four player Guerilla action in Ghost Recon. Not a bad game mode but they could have done a little more with the moving bases and weapon drops. After round 15 you've pretty much seen everything coming your way and will already have a system worked out.
It took us quite a while to get the 50 rounds done as after round 30 you really get punished if one of the team messes up. Just one enemy behind your lines is capable of taking down the whole squad. The AI don't exactly use tactics but a couple of LMGs supressing you while guys rush your HQ is a solid manouver and you can get easily caught out.
We played on Elite difficulty and I think that's the only way to keep the challenge. If you just want to pop the trophy then a run-through on recruit is the way to go but I'd imagine that would be boring as shit.
