Member'Feather and Bone' from the album Mammal by Altar of Plagues.
I've had the CD for ages but I managed to grab a copy on vinyl. It's a limited white wax DLP so I'm fairly pleased with myself.
I saw these guys live when they headlined the Siege of Limerick VII and the were absolutely collossal. No real stage set-up or props as they were just a slot on a low-key festival but they still managed a beast performance.

MemberIn preparation for the new Avengers movie I'm going back and watching all the seperate films. I watched Captain America last week and just finished Thor.
Please someone tell me that Avengers Assemble is better than those two…

MemberI had heard absolutely nothing about this until both Play.com and Amazon.com sent me pre-order e-mails this morning. And I'll be honest, that trailer is not reassuring me that it's something I want to be e-mailed about. It looks like CoD meets Robocop in the worst possible way. An automated quadroped tank shooting at a guy that looks like he just crawled out of Veitnam…
The cynical side of me thinks this is just a way for them to introduce new guns and cosmetic novelties to hide the fact that they have, yet again, not bothered to change or improve the game's core mechanics.

The Raid looks awesome, I'm just hoping we don't get hit with censored versions over here.

MemberAre you not able to set up custom matches like in KZ2?
I773D33MABL3
MemberNew weapons and abilities are always going to be a nice addition but the improvement over C2 that I'm really hoping for is for them to tackle the MP lag. The amount of matches in C2 (on small maps with only 16 players) that were crippled with lag was morbid.

MemberFinally beat 'Chaos Fantasy' in The Impossible Game. Onto 'Heaven' now…

MemberAre you laughing at the retarded plot or the fact that I accidentally made her sound like a hooker

MemberGot about half way through Trine 2 today. The trophy list is nice but a bit of a joke at the same time. Enjoying it anyway but one or two of the puzzles have been the wrong side of tedious.

MemberDue to the fact that my job is wank and my bosses hate my guts, I've been too exhausted to even touch the PS3 all week. But thankfully I've the next two days off (after working the last nine straight
) so tomorrow I'm hoping to get some Dead Island and maybe some Trine 2 done. I just have to fit it around the rugby!!

MemberYou know man, if I had a wife and kids they'd fcuking hate you
Luckily I only need to provide for my own ass so wasting money is very much an option. Although I have to say that this isn't blowing me away. I saw the price and was expecting something unreal but a leather jacket doesn't fit the bill. And what are the four tablet cases? Is the game even steelbook?!

MemberI for one, cannot wait for this. I loved C2 and C1. I thought the nano-suit did more to set them apart from the other shooters out there than any other gimicks tried in the genre. Granted you had to play it on the hardest difficulty as the lower ones just played as a tedious run-through. But on Superhuman the nano-suit was a requirement of survival and the stealth aspect of the games gave the SP and MP more of an edge and longevity.
@Scottish
Don't be too hard on Crytek, if they genuinely felt that they could have a potential success with TS4 then they'd have made it. No developer is going to snub a cash-cow. But you don't know what the issues could be, key members of the dev-team could have left, the copyright could be a grey area or maybe they just feel the IP hasn't any appeal beyond the die-hards.

MemberNice to see you posting again Doc, I missed your face!
And the footage looks sweet. Superpolished is definitely the term, it looks more fluid and the game design (weapons/environment) looks awesome. I especially like that new trading system and the stream-lined menus.

MemberI've actually been a bit adrift since getting the MW3 plat. I tried my hand at Twisted Metal but it just isn't holding my interest and the trophy list looks like a nightmare.
I also started AC: Revelations but so far it hasn't caught my interest. I've been playing for a few hours yet I'm still getting hit with new tutorials and guides. Maybe it's just me, but the game is so over-crowded with diversions (Den defense = pointless inclusion) that I actually haven't the patience for the main story arc. I haven't given up yet, but if the narrative keeps getting broken up and the plot gets any more “out there” it may start putting nails in the coffin for AC3.
What I have had a little more success in is Resonance of Fate. The combat system is still a bit of a gray area but I have a better grasp of it than when I first tackled the game. With the help of my RPG loving friend Kristoff I've actually made some decent progress in both story progression and game mechanics.
And for my MP kicks I've been dipping into Space marine. I picked up a second copy and gave it to Mojo so I at least have someone to play with.

MemberYou have my sympathies man, Brink is shite and BTTF is mind-numbing towards the end.
I've spent the day ranking up in MW3 to unlock weapons for the three armoury trophies. Finally hit 50 and grabbed the last two needed. Now just to hit wave 15 in the last four with gr8jrfan and I'm done.
