aliens vs. predator on arcades was badass in the earlier 90’s i hope this game lives up to it
the campaigns must not be that if there are 6 trophies related to them on different difficulty settings
Hah… this makes me laugh when SOME people doesn’t do their homework and post crap. This game IS NOT RELATED to the movies at all. Well apart a few elements about the Weyland storyline but most is dismissed since the game is set into the FUTURE, not the present timeline like the AVP movies.
At best, regard this game as a follow-up to the 1999 AVP PC GAME. Some says it could be a reboot of Rebellion’s AVP and others says it’s AVP 3 although, it doesn’t seem to relate much to AVP 2 Game too.
An other thought, better get this game on PC. I can hardly think of playing as the Alien and wall-crawling everywhere with a freakin’ controller. Also, the PC version is one of the first game to support DirectX 11.
As for this game’s trophies, not really impressive… glad I ain’t gonna get it on console. But for those who cannot enjoy this game on PC, I’m sure you’ll have fun nonetheless with this game. And if your a hardcore AVP fan, why not picking up that Hunter’s Edition? It has nice goodies… Sadly, SEGA America doesn’t support the Hunter’s Edition for PC… BUT, SEGA UK does.

On a finishing note, just have fun and if this game have a blast, then hopefully the next AVP movie won’t suck IF DIRECTED WELL…

This looks pretty good, I love how it has three campaigns. Probably a buy for me.
Don’t forget, Rebellion aren’t like they used go be. They’re absolutely awful now. One of the worst devs in the industry. AvP(3) will be $hit!!!!

Actually, if I can get really geeky, even before the jaguar game there were ‘novels’ of the AvP franchise. I say ‘novels’ in that every other word was ‘F*ck’ and you could easily get though it in an afternoon.

ye i always say the same about movie games but this looks pritty impresive. but it was quite some time ago wen film came out so this must have been in development for some time now.
ps3 demo is a load of crap and im not talking about the gameplay im talking about how ther isnt evan a simple tutorial like most game demo’s hav got, and because of that i cant evan play the game in the simplist way because it allways says searching for a game and never finds 1 even wen i left it searching for nearly 20 mins. the loard of the rings:conquest demo was best with a tutorial to show you how to use everything and the you could go online on 2 different maps. all i wanted was a tutorial to giv me the whole introduction on how to use everything. if the proper game server is the same it will be extremly disopointing

in order to play the demo u need at least 1-7 friends in your party meaning you can only play with friends until the game comes out & as for these idiots who canceled their pre orders get fukd cuz if u play any other shitty shooter like bfbc or gta4 online or even socom & if u have a xbox 360 & play halo this game is just as good if not better
