playz. good tips on brutal expert, I forgot about that bit.
I will add it soon – do you mind if i use your name?
as for the run and gunner bit, that's the exact place I got mine, and the place I was going to do the guide on. 😛
For survivor, I got it by accident when playing for the first time round on easy mode. I did chapters 1-4 without dying. Actually I say 4, but really, I got to the beginning of 4 and got it then. That will be my main guide for that one, but I will also mention your way as well if it's okay.
and for steel fist, I did it by going to the boat, using this combo: punch, fire, punch, or square, r1, square, which takes them out perfectly unless you give them enough time to hit you.
getting the videos done is the hardest part for me, mainly because I haven't a clue where my tripod is :S I may just resort to using other peoples videos, but then i wouldn't be able to annotate them. oh well.September 2, 2008 at 6:22 pm #16387PlayzockerMember
Of course you can use my name and tips.
1-4 are basically the levels I tried to get the Survivor trophy. The reason for my recommendation of 3+4 is just that the second (and the beginning of the third) level consist of so much climbing that it's easy to fall down and die … and it's basically a waste of time because you can''t get anything for the climbing stuff. Id recommend to start at level 3 (easy) and if there's no other possibility (like it was for me) just start a new game and hope not to die during the climbing bit or you'll just have to survive a bit longer in Level 4 then 8)
I basically got both the Steelfist trophies by accident. Didn't have a single clue on how to manage them and then at that particular scene I just tried – and succeded at first attempt.September 2, 2008 at 8:12 pm #16403
okay. that is a good point with all the climbing…
I guess i was just lucky i didn't die when doing all that climbing :S
Anyways, I'll notify you when your tips are up, so that you can look at them in awe. lol.September 3, 2008 at 12:53 am #16414PlayzockerMember
hehe, I'm looking forward to that 😀
Yes, you definitely where lucky. I don't really suck at climbing but sometimes when you don't aim the analog stick in the right direction Nate doesn't really jump but rather trips over the edge … and this can get VERY upsetting if it keeps happening over and over again.September 20, 2008 at 2:20 am #17203
Website – FINISHED!
Thanks for all support and your own tips.
One question for whoever doesn't mind answering it though:
Do you think I should get rid of the trophies on the trophies page that don't have guides applicable?September 20, 2008 at 4:03 am #17206PS3 TrophiesKeymaster

nah I'd rather not since I enjoy this site and there are already two or three other ps3trophy sites as well. if i made one there wouldn't be much use for it.
